Please call and tell us when you would like to visit. We will call you back within 24 hours with availability and/or confirmation. A waiting list is also available in case we are already booked. Please note there are minimum stay requirements at certain times and for Special Events.

Georgian House Rates

We welcome your visit any time of the year! Our rates are $295 for the Samuel Chase, William Paca, and Charles Wilson Peale rooms and $325 for the two room Thomas Stone suite. These rates are inclusive of all state and local taxes.  During special events (e.g. boat shows) rates are $325 and $375 respectively.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates for a Georgian House stay make a wonderful gift for the holidays. Certificates of any dollar amount are available. Please call or email us with any questions you may have!

Guest Policies

  • The Georgian House Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking establishment.

  • We regret that we are not able to accommodate young children or pets.

  • We will seek to accommodate dietary needs or other restrictions if stated in advance.

  • Reservations are required, with rooms guaranteed by a major credit card.

  • There are minimum stay requirements at certain times and for Special Events.

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM or as arranged in advance. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

  • All rates are for double occupancy and include all state and local taxes.

  • VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
